			<title><![CDATA[ 7 or 7.5 ft. for small stream? ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ <p>There are a lot of famous tapers out there in both 7 ft. and 7.5 ft. 4 wts.  If you could choose any rod out there would you choose a 7 ft. or 7.5 ft. rod
for all around small stream fishing?  Which taper?  I&#39;m thinking of a rod that cast well in close, is soft enough to enjoy small fish, can pop size 14
humpies or Elk hair caddis in pocket water (possibly with a small hare&#39;s ear dropper), and  light enough to not feel like too much rod on small streams.

			<description><![CDATA[ <p>I&#39;m looking for a little info on a 9&#39; Powr Pakt.  This rod is varnished and has gold wraps tipped with black.  The only inscription on the rod is
Phillipson Powr Pakt written in script on the bottom flat.  On the top flat, just above the grip is a small 18 (which I assume is the ferrule size on the butt
section).  A quick check confirms that these ferrules are the same size as those on my W&amp;M 9050.  Do these rods have the same or very similar tapers?  The
guide spacing, etc... ]]></description>
