			<description><![CDATA[ Hello, I have recently been having a problem with urac 185 to set up. I have been using this formula .5 grams a.c. to 5cc distilled water to 50 grams of glue.
Is this what others use? It doesn&#39;t set to a brown color till I heat it to 175 . I rather not use heat to set it up. Do you think the a.c. isn&#39;t as
potent as it should be? I remember years ago it set faster with no heat. Maybe they changed the glue mixture a little? Thanks ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ I have purchased a Shakespeare Bamboo Rod, I have 2 of them both 9 footer. One is missing a guide, the wraps are dry and the finish needs to be redone. this is
a rod that I want to refinish myself and so I plan to go real slow, no hurry. the other Shakespeare I have fished and have fallen for the feel and acti0on of
bamboo. The only problem with this rod is the reel seat. It does not accept modern reels very well and I am worried that the modern reel may split the seat.

			<description><![CDATA[ I just splintered one of the tips on my W&amp;M Granger Victory 8642 (done with a combination of bads: luck and timing). The damage is between the ferrule and
the first guide and I think I can glue it back together--anyhow, I&#39;d like to try. I&#39;ve never actually seen a repair wrap, so here&#39;s my questions:

1. Is it just white silk wrapped over the repair (plus some extra at each end) and varnished?

go&#39; on a quad?  Also I see that with the wider flats I need to maintain a radius on the flats which ,to me, means a sort of inherent inaccuracy but what do

			<description><![CDATA[ I like to make  Garrison style reel seats combining cork and wood filler. My problem comes in achieving a smooth, flush transition between cork and wood. If I
glue the two materials together and turn them to size,  and then varnish the wood, the wood filler diameter increases a few thousandths from the varnish. If I
varnish a varnished wood filler first, glue that to the cork, and then turn the cork to the diameter of the varnished wood filler, I often need to
