Paul is correct normally ...however large fires in the area right now, air ain&#39;t fit for man or horse....check local fly shops in Redding, Ca. for updates

Kennedy Meadows off of Highway 108...Sonora Pass....is a little farther south than you mentioned but, great horse trails, ...pack station right at Kennedy
Meadows...plenty of corral space to lay up horses, parking for trailers is bountiful, local guides available...fishing on the Stanislaus... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Hello Judy, Not too far from you South is the trinity Alps in Nor Cal, There are lots of good trails, lakes and streams. I would look for a guide that tells
where the best trailheads for horses are. As you probably know some trailheads are small with no place to spin a trailer around. There Should be a packers
association that can give you specific advice. They do hunting and fishing guide trips so they know their way around. An alternative is a long drive but worth
it, Steens Mtn., Little... ]]></description>
