I am new to bamboo rod making from pipe making. I hand cut all of my stems from high-quality ebonite that I imported from Germany, so I have little credit in this course. There are now two factories that I know of that make ebonite of sufficiently high quality to be used to hand cut into high-end pipe stems. Unfortunately, neither is currently producing sheets to the best of my knowledge. It is all rods.
