I recently lost both my mom and dad. Both had long lives. Since I lost dad to Alzheimers and know the problems that that illness causes in the family. Take care and God bless your family.

I just now read your thread about your mom and dad and I thought I'd drop a line. Although we've never met I've always followed the work of 'Jenkins Fly Rods.' Tell your dad that his work has touched a lot of us, even those who may not have had the honor of owning one of his rods. They are truly a work of art. I hope you and he do well during this time, and you your family will be in my thoughts.

It has been awhile since I last posted here. Demands and concerns with my aging parents health has been occupying much of my time. Still, I am managing to keep up my shop time as best I can and deliver rods in a timely fashion. Dad had a heart attack in October and thankfully seems to be recovering as best as can be expected.
