It's all relative. When you print a gazillion more dollar bills, Brit pounds, German marks, Swiss francs, etc, then everything else that's not made of easy print paper goes up in price. At least that's what my guess is.

I'm sure it is a smooth reel with the Bougle insides if you will . . . I'm not sure why they didn't use the original check system, that would have been sweet . . .

I just don't think it will age very well, at least nothing like the original version of the reel I think most of us agree the leaded reels are beautiful . . .
