        <![CDATA[ My favorite bourbon is Booker&#39;s Bourbon. It&#39;s a Jim Beam small batch bourbon, the only bourbon bottled uncut and unfiltered and usually hits the bottle
at around 124 proof. My next favorite is Maker&#39;s Mark which is a small batch distiller.


I prefer Bourbon and thought there were others here that do as well.

			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;ll be the fourth here to nominate Woodford Reserve as my favorite bourbon. It holds that position over my second choice which is Knob Creek. To my nose/
palate they both hold some similarities i.e. a sweet aroma, some toffee, toasted nuts, maybe some marzipan (I used to be a baker) though each to varying
degrees. I am currently working on a 1.75 L bottle of Knob Creek. Had a couple fingers worth last night in a beautiful crystal rock glass with hand painted
wild birds that my wife got... ]]></description>
