I contacted Mr. Attwood directly as suggested via this thread, and my copy of his book is on its way. He also went so far as to inscribe the book and have it signed by Mr. James Young as well.

I ordered/reserved a book through Medlar Press and have heard NOTHING whatsoever, even after numerous attempts to communicate with them through their website. Now wherever you look for the book it's listed as either "limited availability or "out of print" (!) What gives?
