This 2 insisted to send there rods to there business address. In response to your question the answer is maybe. It all depends on the original manufacturer. If an item was manufactured in the US there is no duty or tariff owed if it is bought in Canada and brought back to the US. If it was manufactured outside the US tax and tariff may be owed. For those of you who wish to be enlightened by our government tax codes you may read below. For those less inclined to read the garble-gook, the abridged version is 10% or $10 per rod excise tax charged to the "manufacturer, producer, or importer."
