Fished a few of my favorite streams in the Richland center area (I'm not going to get more specific than that, sorry), last week and they were all up to
normal levels. The problem seems to be that those smaller streams all run down their own individual valleys, and some get rain, especially from thunderstorms,
and some don't.

Fishing was fantastic one day, both on dries and nymphs. A lot of 12-14" Browns, and the normal smaller ones. Not as good the second day, but still a...

Yes, sorry to hear of the water shortage in your beautiful area.

Here, in VA., MD - Lower PA., we have doubled usual April and May - constant rain it seems. For me, late April and May did not find a single day of reasonable
dry fly conditions - torrents... Dreamed all winter of April - May hatches as those watyer conditions that can be so fine in May here - Not So...
Let's hope that quick relief comes your way - those are beautiful waters...

Same thing up here on the Brule in NW Wisconsin. I was out last Thursday evening/night and the water is so clear I could see the river bottom 6 feet down in
just the moonlight. Luckily the river does have a strong natural spring flow, so I don't think it will get much lower. The section I fished was covered
with filamentious algae on the surface. Had to clean off the fly every half dozen casts or so.
