			<description><![CDATA[ Don&#39;t want to come across as a @$$, but it&#39;s a case for rod tips.  They were common &quot;back when&quot; rods didn&#39;t include the handy dandy all
sections fit into one rod tube.  The tips were the most likely to be damaged, so some makers supplied &quot;rod tip cases.&quot;
