			<description><![CDATA[ If I was there it would have spoiled their little prank because I would have recognized him in a heartbeat.  Even if he wore a mask, I would have known that
the person was some sort of virtuoso on his instrument.  It&#39;s amazing that the tone alone didn&#39;t draw people to him like the Pied Piper drew rats.  Top
soloists like Josh Bell draw such a huge sound that it fills your head at close range.

			<description><![CDATA[ Interesting thread.  Read the article about the Metro violinist also heard the report on NPR a while back.  Not surprised.  Says something about the dedication
of the federal workforce and its commitment to getting to the office on time!  Seriously though, you could hang the walls with Rembrandts, Van Goghs or
whatever and people in a subways station would just walk by.  On the other hand, I recall a piece about a museum hanging completely shlock art along with works

a complicated bunch.  I think, of the group listening, most motives would concern self image rather than the art itself.
