			<description><![CDATA[ I picked up a Hardy Salmon Bougle MKIV 4inch weighing in at 9.5 ounces , that will split time with a Dingley 3 3/4 inch perfect on a Bob Meiser 13 ft. 567 spey
rod . I just received my third splendid reel from TJ&#39;s Bearden.  It&#39;s the No. 1 model w/ gunmetal frame and bright ported spool, 2.75&quot; diameter. 
Obviously it is a beautiful reel and looks pretty swell on my 3 wt Nunley. BTW, it arrived within 2 days of my placing the order.

After the bearings were lubed up, I very gently and very carefully moved them back and forth in the cage to work loose any grit or metallic dust / flakes,
wiping them often with a lint-free cloth, re-lubing frequently until all the gunk I could see with the naked eye was gone and everything was turning freely

Assuming everything is correct and original on this reel--and I don&#39;t see anything yet that causes me to think otherwise--this one is right on the cusp of
the new check, still has the oval logo, the dotted &quot;Alnwick / Hardy&#39;s Patent&quot; inscription, phosphor bronze bearings, as well as the alloy foot
