Every time I read one of your posts, my list of "to be collected" gets longer.

The reviewer on the link you posted got it right in the first sentence:
This book is a definate must for anyone interested in Cutthroat trout. It is not really a fishing book but a comprehensive history - lots of Lewis and Clark-realted material and details about what subspecies are in what watersheds in the west. It struck me as a bit on an academic book, heavily referenced, but will make for informative reading for even the most seasoned cutthroat fan.....

This book is 'The One', the bible, of our only native trout here in the PNW.
Dr. Trotter did a fantastic job the first time around and this reprint with updated information and illustrations by Joseph Tomelleri really puts it over the edge. TC |
