Question regarding Summers Wait List |

I've been on Bob Summers wait list for a new rod for five years now and am just trying to figure out how close to the top of the list I may be. I hate to
inconvenience Bob so if anyone has been on the list longer I would appreciate knowing your approximate wait time.

I dont recall but i think 6+ year i have been waiting, i called bob he would not tell me when the two rods i ordered are coming, i think because i sold a rod
i got from him and the new owner showed it to him he took me off the list but i dont know for sure, i guess that was a mistake selling that rod but i was
pretty poor back then and needed the cash.

Thanks for the input. I guess I've got at least another year, maybe more. On another note, has anyone received a rod lately? Just curious as to what
sort of wait time the most recent recipients had.

My brother and I just got a pair of 275 Deluxes last week and I ordered them right after Kaneman1...and they cast
a dt 4wt flawlessly!! |

Bob's not a fan of emails, but you need to call and talk to him every once and awhile just to let him know who you are...We've known Bob since we met
him at the Somerset NJ show back in the early 90's...it doesn't hurt to buy a few rod raffles for his beloved Boardman River!!
