 A nice 21" male taken on a hendrickson dun pattern.
It was caught on my first hand made bamboo rod and a Pflueger Progress 80 yard.
When I was nymphing to this fish I thought it was a big brown. As I simulated an emerging Isonychia wetfly this female wacked it very hard. It turned out to be a 20" Atlantic salmon. Caught on my second made bamboo rod and a georgous Pflueger Hawkeye 80 yard.   
I now have a huge set in my F.E Thomas 3wt. |
