I have decided that this is the line I will probably buy. DT 4wt. I was wondering if any of you have experience with these lines and the maker. All info
greatly appreciated as this is a big investment for me.
Thanks,
Nathan

The two Terenzio lines that I have experience with were both on the light side of there respective line weights. The DT5 was 132 grains The DT4 was 114 grains
Both were too light for the rods that they were intended for.

Nathan, I have two Terenzios, and they're very nice lines. You also get two silk leaders and a tub of "grease" in the package. A good buy.
I've never used the grease so I can't comment on it. I use only Mucilin. Be sure to ask whomever you buy the line from to weigh it to verify that it is
indeed a 4 wt. My first Terenzio was ordered as a 6wt. and was labeled as such, the second a 5wt. and so labeled. When I bought an Umpqua fly line scale and
checked all my lines, it turned out that Terenzio "6" was light, almost exactly a 5 1/2 wt. The Terenzio "5" was exactly a 6 wt.

I have a Trenzio 4wt dt. So far I have broke it in and have just lawn cast it to try out a new rod. I like it so far. It weighs 124 grains for the first
30'. Casting it back to back with plastic line, the silk was a winner for me. It cast wonderful and landed very gently compared to plastic. Also no
annoying coils, I think that is just great.
