It looks like the limited edition hard cover is sold out, but the soft cover is available from Ted.

The hard cover was issued at 65 bucks I believe. Ted told me that one sold on ebay a while ago for $300 but one swallow does not make a meal. He says he
knows of a guy who can do a custom conversion of the paperback edition. Check Ted's website to follow up on that.
Of course the paperback is still available.
