Posts: 1 12/06/2008 11:30	Tags : None This rod was shipped about 2 years ago to a bamboo rod buyer near Salem WI.He won it on an E-bay auction but refused to pay insurance.He paid with Pay Pal and I did not realize at the time that I became liable for insurance by Pay Pals rules, (despite my E-bay listing clearly stating the buyer has that responsibility)...ANYWAY; long story short.I shipped it and he said it never arrived....I'm out $2500.00 plus its original purchace price. Rod Description: H.L.Leonard 7' 2/2 Split Bamboo Fly Rod Butt Cap Stamped "H.L.Leonard Co.Maker Since 1869 Med.Dark Cane wrapped blood red S/N 8496 on all sections Metal tube w/ brass cap Since I bought this rod twice already,I can not afford to pay large sums of $ for its return.I am more interested in bringing a crook to justice if possible.If per chance you did manage to buy it at a flea market for a cheap price,I would be more than willing to make its return worth your while... Posts: 20 12/06/2008 14:28	Do you know if Pay Pal still has the same policy regarding insured items? I ship rods through the USPS. What if you sent items with Delivery Confirmation? Would doing that avoid this problem? Thanks in advance for any help.
