I'm looking for Information on Wurm Munich.DE- Gentle Craft fly reels, anyone can help me?

I am pretty sure that the reel discussed in the attached link was "born" with the intention of being one of Mr. Wurm's Gentle Craft
reels.......that is, until someone decided to engrave it with the Bogdan name instead.
Link to old thread about a Wurm Gentle Craft reel: http://clarksclassicflyro...m/reply/95982#reply-95982 When I was researching this reel Mr. Wurm mentioned that the "Gentle Craft" was a rod & reel set with a Wurm reel and a bamboo rod from a high quality German maker (the rod maker's name escapes me). If I recall correctly there were to be approximately 20 sets. I would be very interested in learning more about these, or seeing photos of what the Gentle Craft engraving on the reel was supposed to look like. Mark B |
