Seat looks a lot like a SB Cross Double Bilt I once owned, but the black plastic/rubber butt cap is very similar to an EWE that I have now, any other ideas?

Seems like this is unanimous, any ideas on the grade?

Assuming that the condition is sound- got to know the length first; then the ferrule size- which is sometimes marked on the rod shaft, and otherwise needs to
be measured for diameter with a circle gauge on the male sleeve; and then the model # or trade rod name equivalent, which is once again sometimes written on
the shaft above the winding check, and otherwise needs to be estimated by the number of guides and quality of the ferrules. From the ferrules, yours looks like
at least a #14 grade.
