Hi Guys, Well, I got one. How does this thing work? Does anyone have paperwork copies ? I tried ORCA, but.... I have struck out researching this thing.

They didn't come with a real instruction booklet. Just an operators manual that shows nothing more than how to double line haul.
The reel is anti-reverse, the winding plate is not meant to be removed from he spool. The button on the frame is to remove the spool and the lever allows the reel to be operated as direct drive, clicker drag only, like a salmon mooching reel. They were Shakespeare's answer to the Pflueger Supreme anti reverse saltwater reel and operate in the same fashion. |

HiGuys, Thank you Jim that cleared up some 'issues.' I did take the winding plate, drag, etc. apart. It needed a lube though it's 'like
new.' Things got a little hay wire after I dropped the drag discs. It took me twenty minutes of put 'em in take 'em out, etc. etc. I think the
spindle must come out with the spool. Pretty esoteric reel. Thanks for your help. Jay Edwards
