Ross Colorado-0-- 2.70" diameter, 3.3 oz, user-installable light/heavy drag springs, quiet, somewhat "classic" look. It should fit most
sliding-band reel seats. Ross doesn't make this reel anymore either, but they can still be had.

This is one I chose when trying to fill the same requirements as you're seeking, a Pflueger Bulldog Progress skeletal reel---functional, light, cool
looking and cheap!

Those little Abel tr's are great reels in every way.
I also like the Hardy Lightwt reels and it sounds like the Flywt would do the job at 2 1/2" |

There is a baby Bougle up for sale on the big auction site right now which would be perfect for a small 2wt rod. It's a relatively rare reel so it may not
meet your requirements for inexpensive, but a beauty nonetheless.
