I posted a photo a few days ago, in a thread on leather reel bags, of a leather pouch from a batch that Brian (enigma309) sourced for a small charity fishing
club that I belong too.
We also commissioned a numbered limited run of reels from Garry Mills. They are basically a large arbor Jubilee, with an Aerial spool. As the club mostly fish stillwaters, its a 3 5/8", and, as the club is called "nymfs" (we never did get to decide what it stood for), we replaced the front six spokes for an "N".
I collected the reels this morning, and here is mine (which I felt the need to share with you
).
Garry is about to sell his own, full aerial, version. The 3 5/8" is called "The Wizzard", and the smaller version is "The Wallace", There should be photos on his website www.milltackle.co.uk in the next few days.
Regards,
Doc
