Assuming I'm mechanically challenged how difficult would it be to adjust the drag on a Peerless 1.5 ??? I understand that it is already adjustable but
I find the highest setting still too light .
thank you

I would suggest you contact Bob Corsetti at Peerless Reels. He takes good care of his customers and he really stands behind his reels.
You can email Bob here: PeerlessReel@Comcast.Net Or you could try catching smaller trout like most of us. |

Darrin:
I just noticed your post. If you haven't done anything about the drag in your Peerless and send me your email, I can send you a folder with illustrated instructions about reversing a Peerless. From it, you can deduce the method for increasing or reducing the maximum drag (I think). Away till Friday next.

Coldreive, DON"T mess with that reel until you've talked to Bob Corsetti. His phone # is 603-886-0411.

Thanks guys . In all honesty I have neither the skill nor the confidence to do anything to it myself . I plan on waiting till the end of season (so I
don't miss it lol) and likely call or email him and see if he can adjust it over the winter =non fishing season .
thanks again |
