Do either of you have photos of one of these? I'm not familiar with this brand / maker....

I have one here but never used an AYR myself.
I used to be a dealer for them and no customer ever complained about quality or performance that I can remember. And none have ever asked to trade one back for something else. Pretty reel too. They came in a round can like Ross once did. Bob Fly Supplies aflyshop.com |

My wife is looking for a reel and doesn't like reels "with all the round holes", instead preferring cutouts like the Nautilus reels and a couple
of the new Ross models. Is this something different?
