In Pennsylvania Angler, December 1955, published by the Pennsylvania Fish Commission, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. As stated in contents "COVER and art work throughout by Bob Cypher." Hope that helps - glad that you enjoy the cover. NB

Yes, Leonard Wright... his books are in a special corner of my bookshelf. Bob, if one could be "beamed around in time," in the realm of fishing I would like nothing better than to be able to walk with Mr. Wright as he talked of his Neversink waters. And if we could both throw around a GFV (Grey Fox Variant)at dusk together, all would be fine. NB
