Janot,
thanks a bunch for posting those great pics. That area is one of the places that I am dreaming of. A friend of mine went last year and he was raving about the water and the fish afterwards. So how were the conditions in general? It seems like you were driving around in a camper so you may have seen quite a lot of different places. Is it any problem to obtain a fishing license for a particular river on a short notice? What about the costs of day/week licenses? I have a feeling that Slovenia and also parts of Croatia could be a dream destination that is still rather accessible for us Europeans. I really enjoyed fireholes recent NZ report but it´s just WAY too far away from here for a weeks fishing. Andy |
