Personally speaking, I would very much prefer to buy John Gierach's new book from South Creek Ltd.
Mike and Kathy are well respected members of this Forum and offer outstanding communication, a personal relationship with Mr. Gierach, and incomparable service! I bought my first edition, signed by the author, from them and was most pleased with the transaction! I am hopeful that other Forum members would feel the same!! Bob |

Every fly fisherman has his favorite writers. It's a necessity, because it's so much easier to find time to read than it is to find time to fish.
Gierach is wonderful. I've read most of his books. I like Bill Tapply too.

Got mine from South Creek,received and read.
It was a good read,finished it in 2 afternoons............wish it was a little longer.I get into his books and have a hard time stopping,before I know it I'm done. |

i've bought john's last two books now from mike and cathy for the same reason i like to buy my fishing stuff my flyfishing store instead of a box
store. they seem likeable and they're part of the community. as long as they get them i'll buy there.
