Any tool supply house(MSC, McMaster/Carr, etc...) will have 3 square(triangle) files. For the rough work use a course double cut and for the last .020"
use a fine single cut. Make sure to get a good file card (if you don't already have one) because the wood will clog the teeth in just a few strokes.

When i made my forms, i cut a v on the edge of a piece of hardwood 5 or 6" long, on my table saw,set the saw at 30 degrees, and check the v edge with a
center gauge, put apiece of sand paper on each side of the v. I felt that this method gave me more control and consistency in my cuts. I also built a box like
holder for the piece of hardwood square of the bottom. My forms give me very consistent strips. Hope this helps Larry
