Reminds me of Vietnamese Coffee, a wonderful elixir I indulge in every time I visit the VA I stop at the Vietnamese Restaurant for my dose.

Hi Banjo, I haven't had the pleasure of Vietnamese coffee; I'll have to check it out down here in Sydney - we've got plenty of Vietnamese
restaurants & bars here in Sydney.
Hi Aransas, yes you may well be right, and as beautiful as Italian coffee methods are, like you I also appreciate a simple coffee method which is unable to alter/enhance the flavour, or should I say, its a method that makes the coffee true to it's characteristics. I didn't realise that my taste in a coffee making method gives me something in common with Texans... LOL
