I want to sell this beautiful rod at a fair price to someone who will fish with it. I bought it from the original owner. He had it in good storage for many years and could not find the second tip. The three pieces are equal in length and the seat is fine It will cast the entire line if you want it to depending on the line and one's style of casting, of course. Sorry to say it does not quite fit in my quiver of rods. It don't have use for a 6/7 wt. rod. Ferrules pop nicely, no corrosion anywhere. The old gent from whom I bought it had sanded the cork. The jasper wraps are clean and good. The original bag is there as well. There are some spots on the rod that could use a coat of varnish, but I would not hesitate to take this rod fishing right out of the mail. It will yank the bass right out of the weeds.
