Good news. The Price was my first expensive vise-$65 the early 1980s. It is a well-designed vise with only one weak point: the jaws gradually lose their grip
on hooks & become harder to tighten. The original warranty was for life, but then the company disappeared. Thanks for the info. My vice needs the new jaws.

I bought one. I like it a lot. The machining is supposed to be better than the original. I haven't seen an original in a long time so??.
