On the tread "Classic Disappointments" I mentioned a special ordered Payne that never worked for me. But since it was a unique rod I have often
wondered what happened to it. Who has it now and how do they like it? Do they fish it? I once missed purchasing a one of a kind Thomas & Thomas
7'10" four weight Sans Pareil that was in their Hearthside News back in the 80's. (I have a long memory on lost opportunities) Where is that rod
now? Is it still in action?
