Did any of the classic makers use this color? I ask because a have a 100yd spool I found with some rodmaking supplies.

I don't know specifically if anyone used it, but this color is called "Pongee" by B/C and I've seen rods on dealers' lists that mention
this color. I do know it turns a beautiful golden-tan with orange shellac.
