Have you guys ever wondered why we celebrate the Death, Burial & Resurrection of Jesus, a very devout Jew, with a Ham on Sunday?
Happy belated Easter Gentlemen.
The trout takes the fly, the line tightens and it's like I was blind, but now I
see.

I don't celebrate Easter, or Christmas for that matter, with a meal. I celebrate the living Christ with my life and my daily witness. As for our Easter meal - we usually have grilled salmon (NEARLY fresh from our local grocery store). Jesus WAS a fisherman! Thanks for your belated Easter greeting!

They say that you are what you eat, maybe that's why I eat LOTS of ham and pork (last few years, I've started looking a lot more like a "Porker") ... then again, I'm of a religion that doesn't eat meat on Fridays (during Lent) but, believe it or not, I don't eat seafood ... .catch and release at the extreme....., right?
