Wes Cooper of Fremont, Michigan comes to mind first for me. Most any rodmaker worth his salt can scarf a tip for you.

I will second that one...he is amazing at what he does...I have one rod where its a legitimate question as to which tip was scarfed, he just flows the pieces
togtehr...and a great guy on top of it...please tell him that Dallas said hello...dj
