Great pics of your rod, fly and fish. Jeff Pope makes a very nice I know I owned one years ago. You know I've pondered the idea of tying up almost
forgotten flies like the Renagade since it would be like introducing something new to fish that they've probably never seen unlike Para Adams, Royal Wulff
etc. I can remember 25 years ago catching lots of fish on the venerable Renagade.

Nice photos and a great looking fish . . . . I ran into an older fisherman(older than me) on my favorite small stream. He told me he had been fishing there over 50 years and always used the Renagade which he would fish on top or in the film. That makes it a bit more versatile that the Wulff. Alan |
