Hello. Have a question for the Heddon heads. What is the Heddon equivalent to a L&C Crown #0312? Any thoughts on this will be appreciated. Best wishes.

I believe the Crown was equivalent to a model 14. It is described as being wrapped in red silk with black tipping as were the early model # 14 rods. The
L&C rods were wrapped the same as their Heddon counterparts except for the Regent. The Regent was a model 20 equivalent but wrapped in antique gold rather
than maroon. This is according to the Sinclair book. I have an Imperial which is wrapped as a model # 17.

I agree with Martin.
I owned one of these rods. Mine was obviously a later make as it had no tipping of the wraps. I believe it's now the property of North Country Brookie. Bob
