Posts: 216 11/10/2007 17:32	Tags : None The wraps on my W&M Victory, the ones that are there, appear yellow. I ordered B&O and B&Y variegated nylon to try to match. I need to re-do three guides, no ferrules involved. I imagine the old varnish has yellowed??? Does anybody think the B&O will work. I am not excited about tinting the varnish, as I do not have any sections on which to test. I will gladly pay shipping and a small consideration to anyone with a section of W&M with which they want to part. I will even send back the hardware, if any. H_ll, I will send back the whole section! It could be an off color re-wrap, but at least when I am done I can sell it on xB@? as "Mint, appears to never have been fished."I know I havn't fished it, yet... Thanks in Advance, Andrew

Posts: 1069 11/11/2007 03:06	Try amber shellac as a top coat. You can use a piece of dowel rod to do a test wrap.
