Folks,
Did a search on the forum for how 2 clean an old cork grip. As usual, there were lots of great suggestions. I used the one where a) soak the grip in hot water for 5 min, b) cover the grip with a gentle abrasive
cleaner (didn't have any Ajax or similiar product so used SoftScrub which is even gentler), c) mixed a small cup of chlorox 50/50 with water , d) using a toothbrush dip it in the bleach/water mix and scub lightly with a circular motion. I rinsed several times to see how I was doing and then put some more SoftScrub on the grip and scubbed some more with the toothbrush dipped in the solution.
Worked absolutely great.
Thanks again to the forum and its members !!!
Think spring !!!
